Questions
Something else? Contact support.
Is the free chat really free?
Yes. You get 15 messages in Information mode with no account. After that you need a subscription.
How does payment work?
Send BDT 1,000 by bKash or Nagad, then enter your sender number and transaction ID. A person approves it. Auronix never asks for your PIN or an OTP.
Is contributor income guaranteed?
No. It depends on available tasks, rates, quality and approval. A subscription does not guarantee tasks.
Which languages work?
You can write to Auronix in English or Bangla. The site itself is in English.
Who sees my chats?
Replies are produced by a third-party AI service, which processes your messages. The Privacy Policy explains what we store and why.
