Privacy policy

This is operating policy text written for launch. Have it reviewed by a qualified adviser before relying on it as a legal document.

What we store

• Account details: name, email and a salted hash of your password. We never store your password.
• Subscription and payment records you submit: provider, sender number, transaction ID and the review outcome.
• Your conversations and, if you use Friend, the memory notes you can see and edit under My Memory.
• Security records: sign-in events and rate-limit counters, kept in a form that does not expose your IP address.

Conversations and the AI service

To produce replies, your messages are sent to a third-party AI service that processes them on our behalf. We do not tell that service your Google Drive links or submitted contributor files; those are kept out of the AI pipeline. Do not put passwords or card numbers into chats.

Contributor submissions are separate

If you join Train Your AI, you share work as Google Drive links. Auronix stores the link and submission details, not the file, and reviewers open the link themselves. Use of that work for training our own models is covered by the Contributor Terms you accept separately. It is not part of the chat processing above.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: a sign-in session cookie and, for the free trial, a signed random identifier that counts free messages. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who can see what

Administrators see payment and submission records needed to do their job. Friend conversations are not shown in general admin screens. If a message is flagged for abusive conduct, a reviewer sees only the short excerpt needed to judge it, and that access is logged.

Your choices

You can edit or delete memory, delete conversations and ask support to delete your account. Some records, such as payments and earnings, may be retained where needed for accounting.
