Terms of use

Version 2026-11-06

This is operating policy text written for launch. Have it reviewed by a qualified adviser before relying on it as a legal contract.

The service

Auronix offers an AI assistant (Information), an AI companion (Friend) and a separate contributor program (Train Your AI). Auronix is an AI service, not a person.

Free trial

Without an account you can send up to 15 messages in Information mode. The limit is enforced by our servers and may be changed. It cannot be perfectly enforced across new devices or browsers.

Subscription and payment

  • The plan costs BDT 1,000 for 30 days. We may change the price for future purchases; a request you have already submitted keeps the price it showed.
  • You pay by bKash or Nagad and submit the transaction details. A person reviews each request. Access starts when the payment is approved, not when it is submitted.
  • A payment can be rejected, for example if the transaction cannot be matched. You will see the reason and can submit again.
  • Renewal is manual. Renewing early adds time after your current expiry.
  • Refunds and reversals are handled case by case by support and are recorded as separate entries.
  • We never ask for your mobile banking PIN, an OTP or a password.

Acceptable use

Do not use Auronix to harass, threaten or abuse people or the AI, to break the law, or to attempt to break or overload the service. Abusive messages may be flagged for human review. We may suspend accounts that break these rules; a suspension does not remove earnings you have already been credited.

AI limits

AI answers can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. Friend is a companion experience, not therapy or crisis support.

Your account

Keep your password private. You can ask support to delete your account; some records, such as payment and earnings history, may be kept where we need them for accounting or dispute handling.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown with a new version number, and where the law or the change requires it, we will ask you to accept them again.
